Naples Airport Terminals
Naples International Airport has just the one terminal building, called imaginatively Terminal One. It is used for all flights in and out of the airport. The airport has just one runway with a single taxiway accessing it.

Information and Help Desks
As with all international airports, Naples International Airport has a customer service desk, which is open between 5:30am and 11:30pm every day. It can be found in arrivals on the ground floor. The customer service advisers working behind the desk can provide airport and tourist information, as well as details of services like porter assistance, VIP assistance, and luggage trolleys.
Lost and Found Office
As with most airports, passengers tend to lose valuables on a regular basis. If you do lose something at Naples Airport, then rest assured it isn’t gone forever. The Lost and Found Office located within the main terminal, is the place to go if you do misplace something. But if they don’t have it just yet, don’t worry. The staff offer a text message service where they will contact you if the items turn up at a later date.
Money exchange
If you’re looking to exchange some of your local money, or just looking to draw some out of your bank account, then Naples International Airport has you covered. Located in Terminal One you’ll find both a bank and a post office that offer bureaux de change and ATM services. Both facilities can be accessed from Arrivals and Departures.
Internet Access Points
Looking to browse the web or send some important emails? Then you’re in luck. Naples International Airport has four Internet access points located on the first floor of the Departures lounge that are equipped with PCs, keyboards, and even web-cams.
Shops
Terminal One is home to a variety of shops at the Galleria Napoli shopping arcade. The shopping centre can be found on the first floor and includes all the duty-free shopping your heart desires.
Conference Facilities
While the airport doesn’t offer specific conference facilities like competing international airports, meeting rooms are available on request. On top of this, several VIP lounges can be found dotted around the airport as well as a variety of office equipment, including printers, Internet access, and computers.
Disabled Facilities
The airport has a variety of disabled facilities, such as lifts, ramps, wider pavements and pedestrian crossings with sound signals. Parking is also prioritised for disabled people close the terminal building. If specialised assistance is required, then this can be arranged in advance by contacting the airport staff.
