Naples Airport Terminals
Naples International Airport has just the one terminal building, called imaginatively Terminal One. It is used for all flights in and out of the airport. The airport has just one runway with a single taxiway accessing it.
Information and Help Desks
As with all international airports, Naples International Airport has a customer service desk, which is open between 5:30am and 11:30pm every day. It can be found in arrivals on the ground floor. The customer service advisers working behind the desk can provide airport and tourist information, as well as details of services like porter assistance, VIP assistance, and luggage trolleys.
Lost and Found Office
As with most airports, passengers tend to lose valuables on a regular basis. If you do lose something at Naples Airport, then rest assured it isn’t gone forever. The Lost and Found Office located within the main terminal, is the place to go if you do misplace something. But if they don’t have it just yet, don’t worry. The staff offer a text message service where they will contact you if the items turn up at a later date.
If you’re looking to exchange some of your local money, or just looking to draw some out of your bank account, then Naples International Airport has you covered. Located in Terminal One you’ll find both a bank and a post office that offer bureaux de change and ATM services. Both facilities can be accessed from Arrivals and Departures.
