Information and Help Desks

The customer service desk, open between 0530 and 2330, is located on the ground floor in Arrivals. Flight, airport and tourist information is provided here, as well as services such as VIP assistance and porter service.

Car Parking

There are six car parks at the airport with over 1,400 spaces (tel: (081) 789 6325 or 6434). The car parks are located along the main entry road to the airport. P1 (opposite Terminal 2) is for long-term parking and P2, P3, P4 and P6 provide short-term parking. P5 offers a car valet parking service, operated by Quick No Problem Parking (tel: (081) 230 1563 or 619 0168;

Lost & Found

In the event that baggage has been lost, passengers must proceed to the Lost & Found Office where they may request that mobile phone message text service be activated.
This service will automatically provide updated information regarding the progress in the search for lost baggage. Furthermore, the Baggage Assistance Call Service can be contacted 24 hours a day at 199 280 180, and provides information regarding the search status of lost baggage. This number is also indicated on every lost baggage report issued by the Lost&Found Office.
Th baggage assistance, managed by GH Napoli - a private company, covers lost baggage procedures for all airlines.

Money and communications

A bank and a post office are located on the right-hand side of Terminal 1, very close to the terminal building. ATMs and bureaux de change are located in both Arrivals and Departures Terminal 1. Four Internet points are available on the first floor and in the Departures lounge, equipped with monitors, keyboards and web-cams.

Eating and drinking

There is a selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and snack bars at the airport.


Shops are concentrated in the Galleria Napoli, on the first floor of Terminal 1. There is a duty-free shop in the Departures lounge. A newsagent and gift shop is located in the check in area.


Trolleys are available throughout. A new 24-hour lost property service and lost baggage assistance (tel: 199 280 180) is now available.

Conference and Business Facilities

The Telelink Internet Centre (tel: 081 789 6749) is situated on the first floor and offers a wide range of services including Internet, PC with Office, photocopying, scanning, telephone and fax facilities, and videoconferencing. Meeting rooms are available on request (tel: 081 789 6259), with equipment, catering and a variety of executive services available. There are also several VIP lounges.

Facilities for Disabled Travellers

The airport is well-equipped for disabled travellers with lifts, ramps, wide pavements and pedestrian crossing with sound signals for visually impaired passengers. Reserved parking is also available close to the terminal. Two call buttons outside the airport enable those needing assistance to contact a staff member and there are help points within the terminals. The Sala Amica welcomes disabled travellers and staff there can provide special assistance. This service must be booked prior to travel. Call 848 888 777 for further information. Disabled passengers should inform their airline of any special needs prior to travel.
